Who we are

Happy Pup Club is a dog walking and sitting service in Fleet, Hampshire, run by Lauren O'Callaghan. Any questions about your details, email [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you get in touch, we take your name, contact details, postcode and a little about your dog, so we can reply and arrange a meet and greet.

When you join, we also take your address, an emergency contact, your vet's details, how we'll get into your home and what we need to know to care for your dog. We use these to provide our service and keep your dog safe. We never store key safe or alarm codes.

Who sees it

Only us. Trusted providers host our website, store our records and send our emails, and they only handle your details on our behalf. We never sell your details or use them for advertising.

Photos

Members' dogs may appear on our website and social media, never with your name or address. To opt out, email [email protected].

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted after 12 months unless you join. Members' details are kept while you're with us and deleted 12 months after you leave.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
